We offer advice on how to administer an undergraduate research site or even just a couple of undergraduates in research. For instance, we offer template offer letters and contracts, mentoring advice handout, advice on how to set up stipend pay, and contacts for housing, Mountaineer cards, and supplemental insurance for participants. - JoVE (Journal of Visualized Experiments): JoVE teaches laboratory fundamentals and techniques (e.g., basic mouse care and maintenance, Zebra fish reproduction and development, introduction to working in hoods, ELISA) through simple video demonstrations. Faculty and students have access to JoVE video articles through the WVU library portal (click on eJournals and type in Journal of Visualized Experiments). Videos are available for disciplines such as biology, neuroscience, immunology, medicine, chemistry, engineering, behavior, and environmental.
