Billy Robertson

Billy Robertson comes from Pittsburgh, PA, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a Minor in German from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He pursues research due to his desire to discover new knowledge, contribute to society, and for a love of the university environment. In his position as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Research Apprenticeship Program (RAP), he hopes to support students through their research experiences, and help students appreciate and engage with research as a whole. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Mathematics, most interested in Algebraic Topology and Research in Undergraduate Mathematics Education (RUME). In his personal life, he does speedrunning, programming, reading, and playing games with his friends.
