Oral Presentations

Oral presentations take a lecture-style approach to discussing a research topic or creative scholarship. Presentations are approximately 15 minutes in length (10 minutes to present + 5 minutes for questions) and in many cases are accompanied by PowerPoint slides. 

Note: Human engagement may include any presentations discussing topics within the humanities, arts, education, or business.

Commenting on Presentations

Our virtual symposium uses the platform YouTube to enable virtual engagement between presenters and symposium attendees. We encourage attendees to leave a comment or question after watching the presentations. Student presenters will participate in "synchronous commenting" to answer your questions between the 2-4:30pm on April 17.
