The Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Research Participation Program is managed by the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) under an agreement between the ARS and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). ARS is the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s chief scientific in-house research agency responsible for seeking solutions to agricultural problems that affect Americans every day, from the field to table. The ARS Research Participation Program will serve as the next step in the educational and professional development of scientists and engineers interested in agricultural related research.

All ORISE opportunities provide a competitive monthly stipend.
