Volume 5, is published and now accessible on the Research Repository @ WVU (https://researchrepository.wvu.edu/murr/).
Jeffrey Petty, a senior majoring in biochemistry and an Honors EXCEL student, and Zachary Gilpin, a senior triple majoring in history, Latin American Studies, and Spanish recruited a team of student editors in December 2019 to assemble the latest volume of student-authored research articles.
Under the Office of Undergraduate Research mentorship, Petty and Gilpin originally conceived the relaunch of MURR as an Honors EXCEL project to showcase the high quality of undergraduate research taking part at WVU and advance the impact of student research on campus, throughout the state and beyond. The publication of MURR, Volume 5 marks the return of the journal after a six-year hiatus.
