Dr. William Morgan's lab is seeking an undergraduate researcher for assistant on a project investigating the impact of mindfulness on second language proficiency. This position is currently volunteer, though there are opportunities for funding in the future.

The Fulbright Canada Mitacs Globalink Internship Program is now accepting applications for the Summer Semester of 2022. Successful applicants will receive funding to spend 10-12 weeks (May-August) in Canada conducting research on a project within their field of interest under the supervision of Canadian university faculty in such fields as science, mathematics, engineering, social sciences, and the humanities. Solar Energy Innovators Program is now accepting applications!!

The Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy  (EERE) Solar Energy Technologies Office sponsors the Solar Energy Innovators Program (SEI) to enable selected applicants to conduct practical research on innovative solutions to the challenges faced by public utility commissions, utilities, and grid operators as the levels of solar energy, as well as other distributed energy resources (DERs), increase on the electrical grid. Selected applicants, referred to as “Innovators” herein, will participate for up to two years at a Host Institution on one or more topics related to the integration of solar energy with the electric grid. The NASA West Virginia Space Grant Consortium provides fellowships for undergraduate students who desire a career in STEM and are interested in working on a research project that is related to a NASA mission directorate under the supervision of a faculty member.  

This is an opportunity for students to become engaged in NASA’s future and become a NASA Space Grant Scholar.  Students are encouraged to submit research proposals that are STEM-related and help support NASA in reaching greater heights.
