The 9th Annual Spring Undergraduate Research Symposium is scheduled to take place Thursday, April 24, 2025 from 5:00 - 7:30 pm at the WVU Mountainlair.
Undergraduate researchers will display posters in a variety of disciplines that
showcase their research and creative work. This is a judged event. The approximate
schedule of events is listed below.

- 4:30 - 5:00 pm | Presenters Hang Posters in Ballroom (presenters only)
- 5:00 - 7:30 pm | Formal, Public Poster Session and Judging
- 5:00 - 7:30 pm | Oral Poster Presentations and Judging
- 7:30 - 8:00 pm | Tear down
