Ninety-two WVU undergraduate students graduated from the Research Apprenticeship Program (RAP) this Spring. In April, RAP 2 students presented their research projects at WVU’s 6th annual Spring Undergraduate Research Symposium in a wide variety of categories.
To celebrate their completion of RAP, program staff awarded students certificates. Additionally, GAs planned fun activities for their students, both indoors and outdoors, and snacks were provided to celebrate the success of the new RAP graduates!
RAP graduates are leaving the program as competitive applicants in their respective fields of research and some will go on to participate in other research project-based programs, such as the Honors Experiential and Community Engaged Learning (EXCEL) Program and the Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE).
RAP is currently recruiting students for the fall semester. If you would like to learn more about RAP, visit the webpage and fill out an interest form today!
