The WVU Office of Undergraduate Research is seeking judges for the 16th Annual Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium.
The event will be held on Thursday, July 27 at the WVU Mountainlair from 12:00 - 4:00 pm, with the approximate schedule of events listed below.
Approximate schedule of events
- 12:00 - 12:30 pm | Presenters Hang Posters in Ballroom (Presenters Only)
- 12:30 - 1:30 pm | Refreshments; Public Poster Viewing Opens
- 1:30 - 2:00 pm | Keynote Address
- 2:00 - 3:40 pm | Formal Poster Session and Judging
- 3:40 - 4:00 pm | Tear down
Interested faculty, post doc, graduate students, and experienced staff are encouraged to fill out the online application here or by clicking the button below. New users will be prompted to create a password protected login for the symposium platform, Symposium by ForagerOne.
Judges will receive a branded WVU Office of Undergraduate Research gift for their contribution.
