Call for Submissions

The 21st annual West Virginia Undergraduate Research Day at the Capitol (URDC) will be held March 25, 2025 from 9:00-11:30 am. URDC's purpose is to familiarize state legislators with research and creative activities involving undergraduate students that occur on campuses across the state.

This is a unique opportunity that will have a positive impact on the future of State funding for undergraduate education. The organization encourages undergraduates from both public and private institutions to submit abstracts. 80-100 students, statewide, are anticipated to be selected for participation in the presentation session. Slots for WVU students are limited, this is a competitive submission process.

URDC showcases presentations in a wide range of subjects, including the sciences, arts, social sciences, and humanities.

Deadline to submit an abstract is Friday, November 22, 2024 11:59 PM EST.
