The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) opened its NIH-funded Postbaccalaureate Research Education Program (PREP) application!
PREP is a fantastic opportunity for students who will graduate this spring and are interested in enhancing their credentials to apply to Ph.D. or MD/Ph.D. programs in biomedical sciences! Individuals accepted into the program will be full-time employees of MUSC and receive salary support for 12 months.
Components of the program include:
- Work on a one-year research project with experienced, dedicated mentors
- Inclusion in a diverse, vibrant community of biomedical scientists at all levels of training
- Financial Support: $32,000 annual salary and relocation support
